Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Avecta (avecta.id, the "service"). By using the service — including uploading an image — you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Avecta turns SVG artwork into build-up animation videos: your image is redrawn shape by shape and rendered into an MP4. Reanimation takes SVG files. To animate a photo, the separate Vectorize tool first traces a PNG or JPEG into an SVG you can download and then reanimate. Every frame is produced by a conventional rendering algorithm; the video is not generated by AI (see our Privacy Policy for the one optional model we use and what it does).

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You must, however, hold the rights to it: only upload images you created or are licensed to use, and do not upload content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

By uploading, you grant Avecta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transform your image (including tracing it into vector form and rendering it into video) and to publicly display the resulting reanimation, thumbnail, and traced SVG on the service. This license exists solely to operate the service and ends when the content is deleted from the service. We never sell your content and never use it to train machine-learning models.

3. What is public and what is not

Reanimations are public: finished videos appear in the public gallery, attributed to your account name or shown as anonymous, and anyone with the link can view them. Do not upload anything you are not comfortable making public. SVGs you produce with the Vectorize tool are private to you — they are not published to the gallery — and are yours to download and use as you like.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, or content that violates others' rights;
  • upload files crafted to disrupt or exploit the service (malware, decompression bombs, or similar);
  • overload the service with automated or excessive uploads, or attempt to evade usage limits;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours.

5. Accounts and anonymous uploads

You can use the service without an account, subject to a small guest usage allowance. If you leave an email with an anonymous upload, registering an account with that same email later will automatically attribute those uploads to your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.

6. Plans, usage limits, and payment

The service offers a free tier and paid plans. Each plan sets what you can do — how many renders you get, the maximum output resolution and frame rate, whether a watermark is applied, and how long finished videos are retained. Current plans and their limits are shown on the Pricing page and may change over time.

Where paid plans are available for online purchase, payment is handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record; that provider — not Avecta — processes and stores your payment details. Paid plans are provided for the period you pay for and, unless stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice on the site.

7. Retention of your videos

Finished videos are retained according to your plan's retention window, after which they may be deleted automatically. Higher tiers retain videos longer; the top tier retains them indefinitely. We do our best to keep your content available for its retention window but do not guarantee storage — keep your own copies of anything you care about.

8. Content and account removal

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, without notice. If you want your own content removed, contact us and we will take it down within a reasonable time.

9. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Free features carry no uptime or storage guarantee.

10. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avecta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
